Everest Treks are unique in that our trek prices are on an absolute 100% all-inclusive basis; you will not find any additional or hidden costs, it is all taken care of!
The following costs are included in our packages:
- International return flight ex Auckland (for ex Auckland trips)
- New Zealand departure tax (for ex Auckland trips)
- Departure tax from Singapore/Bangkok
- Entry visa to Nepal, departure tax Nepal
- All accommodation, including high standard Lodges on trail
- All meals
- Bottled water (available at all times)
- Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu
- Internal return flight to Lukla
- Park entry fee to Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park
- Comprehensive travel insurance (see below)
- Souvenir trekking t-shirt
- High quality kit-bag
- A contribution to our Conservation Projects
- VAT and service charges in Nepal
The only “extras” when you come on an Everest Trek are your personal spending money (set your own limit!), and any personal requirements such as hotel laundry, phone calls, email, alcohol/soft drinks.
Travel insurance
Included in your trek cost is a comprehensive travel insurance policy, arranged through our travel agents Mondo Travel, and placed with QBE Insurance. Please note the following:
- If you will be bringing with you any single item valued at more than NZ$5,000 then you must specify that with us, so we can arrange coverage under our policy; there may be an extra premium payable by you. Please Contact Us.
