For those overnighting in Bangkok your passport must be valid for at least 30 days after your arrival date in Thailand, and no visa is required if you are traveling as a tourist for less than 30 days in Thailand.

For those overnighting in Singapore your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date in Singapore, and no visa is required if you are traveling as a tourist. A “social visit pass” (entry stamp) will be done on your arrival.

You will need a Nepal visa application form for entry to Nepal; a copy will be sent to you with your Travel Pack, one month prior to your departure. You will complete the form and have it on hand with you when you arrive in Nepal; you will need to bring four current passport photos with you. A Nepal visa is issued at the Kathmandu airport immigration area, and is valid for a 30-day period.

All trekkers in the Everest Region are required to register under the Nepal Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS). A TIMS permit card will issued to you in Kathmandu prior to departure to the Everest Region.
